How Does Working With Able To Do Actually Work?

Onboarding: Your First 30 Days

Days 1 to 3 cover discovery and the contract. Days 3 to 7 are asset collection: we gather your logos, photos, past campaign data, and Google Business Profile access. Days 7 to 14 are kickoff and strategy, where we build your custom plan. By day 14 to 30, your campaigns, content, and ads are live, and from day 30 onward you’re in a steady rhythm of monthly strategy calls, weekly ad performance updates, and monthly reporting.

Every Able To Do engagement follows the same core process, whether you’re a solo roofing crew or a multi-location home improvement company. We start with a discovery call to understand your service area, current lead flow, and growth goals, then match you to the package that fits your revenue stage.

What Does Onboarding Actually Involve?

Onboarding covers four stages. First, discovery and contract, where we align on your goals and package. Second, asset collection, where you hand over your logo, photos, brand guidelines, and access to your Google Business Profile and ad accounts. Third, kickoff and strategy, where our team builds your campaign and content plan. Fourth, launch, where your ads, SEO, and social content go live and reporting begins.

  • We keep every package flexible: you can add a service, adjust your ad spend, or move up a tier at any time by giving us 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
  • We bill on the 1st of the month with net-7 invoices, and ad spend is billed separately from your management fee so you always know exactly what you’re paying for and what’s going toward your campaigns.

We charge a flat monthly management fee for each package tier, and any paid ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is billed separately and goes 100% toward your campaigns.

Cancellations require 30 days’ written notice before your next billing date. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, and any rush requests outside our standard timeline carry a 30% rush fee.
